Sea Residences, your weekend getaway within Metro Manila!
If you'r living in the community where there is always tight schedules and deadlines, you're looking for a place where you can find some peace of mind and relaxing days off. Here at Metro Manila, there is always rush moment most of the time whether you're schooling or reporting to an office for work. Well, if that is the case, you need a some place to go to relax and enjoy for the time being. Let say weekend, bonding together with your family or friends.
A property like condominium / or a condotel type (short for condominium-hotel) with amenities where you can enjoy and spend the rest of the days overnight or more is at par convenient. Aside from it is near from you home, it is also near from mall, restaurant, entertainment, etc.
Planning
My wife AciGirl was lucky to score a 3D2N complementary accommodation at Sea Residences which is located at Pasay City from one of her events. We both do plan the date where all family members are available to be part of this celebration.
Since we've got the good news, we're very excited to get the confirmation of our desired dates of visit. My kids were also eager to learn the details since they are expecting a pool from the venue.
Date of Visit at Sea Residences.
Upon entering into the property, they're all (kids) smiling and saying "WOW". They we're amazed by the view, the pool, and of course, the playground. They wanted to jump off to the pool instead of checking in first into our room.

We all love the scenery specially the pools. Their objectives are to swim, play, swim, play, and so on.
Sea Residences is a bold new concept in urban living within the Mall of Asia Complex. IT has six-tower complex, where you can find lush tropical oasis with trees, swimming pool, playgrounds, a clubhouse and more. Amenities and facilities include 24-hrs security.

Kiddie pool up to 3FT.
My kids spent the whole day at the pool. They play different swimming strokes like free style.
Other kids were also playing , so they make friends and they got friends instantly.
Children's Play Area
Our room is just a studio type unit with 1 bedroom and sofa bed. With Aircon, TV, Washing Machine, Oven. You can also cook raw foods inside the unit.
Food Availability.
There are restaurant and convenience store at the ground floor to choose from. Or, just go to the Mall and find your favorite meals.
You can also check other recreational facilities and aminities upon checkin-in. They have Multi-purpose / Function Room, Pool Deck Area, Wet Play Area 15-meter Lap Pool, 20-meter Lap Pool and 25-meter Lap Pool.
Since this a residence place, swimming pools are for the exlcusive use of the unit owners and/or tenants only. However, some tenants offer their unit for rent. Guest are allowed to use the facilities like swimming pool. Guest may be allowed to use swimming pools provided they are accompanied by unit owners and/or tenants in good standing. Or, there's a log sheet from the information desk where you can put your name and unit number.
A maximum of five 5 guest may be sponsored by a unit owner and/or tenant for a fee. Otherwise, you'll pay Php 150 each person / per day.
Direction going to the venue.
The nearest landmark of the property is SM Mall of Asia. We are all familiar if you're living in Metro Manila. However, there are some still not travel savy. So, here are some pointers if you're traveling via a public transportation or those adventurous preferred to tour and discover around the Metro
1. From South Area
If you're coming from Cavite, Batangas, or Laguna area via Bus or Jeepneys. Best drop-off is at the Baclaran Church. From there, you can take a multi -cab (smaller than jeepneys) going to SM MOA and pay Ph 8.00 only.
Other routes from the South, dropoff is at Buendia -Taft. You can take a multicab near McDonalds going to SM MOA.
2. Coming from North Area
1.Ride MRT of LRT. Drop-off at either Buendia Taft of Edsa Taft. Look for the multicab bound to SM MOA. Fare s 8pesos.
2. Via bus, edsa Mrt hpermart or buendia taft macdonalda. Then multicab
