After a long drive from the heart of the city, we just arrived at the place used to be the shelter for Vietnamese during 70's called Viet Ville Village.  For the information of everyone, this village is provided by the local government of Palawan to accommodate migrants during that time.

In searching for food, we found this unique type of restaurant - the Viet Ville Restaurant.  Viet Ville Restaurant  is a legacy in this community for their self-sustaining livelihood projects on the earlier days. Today,  Viet Ville Restaurant is one of the places where to go to eat in Puerto Princesa, Palawan,. 

Refreshment

Drinking with cold Jasmine Tea get you the fresh feeling .  The floral taste and the smell makes perfect plus the ambiance of the restaurant get you relaxed while waiting for the food to serve.

Dining Area

Oh, by the way, I've already noticed the infrastructure before entering into the restaurant.  They're using Nipa and Kawayan or Bamboo as some of the materials use to built this place.  This is really cool during summer. The ventilation system is pretty good as a matter of fact, you can feel the freshness of air (quality) at your comfort level of experience while eating.

Warming up your stomach prior going into the main course is pretty good specially with this Chicken Soup with noodles and herbs.

Viet Ville Restaurant serves a combination of mixed local and imported raw materials resulting to delicious and mouthwatering dishes.  Ingredients are imported directly from Vietnam like herbs and spices.  To taste it is to believe, so don't forget to visit the place when you get the chance to go to Puerto Princesa in Palawan.
